What is the processing time?

Once we receive your order, we will work really hard to process your order. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. And we will send it to you ASAP. We know you are eager to receive your lovely candle.

Will you receive the confirmation email when the order is ready to ship?

Yes, you will receive the confirmation email and the tracking number when your candle is ready to ship.

How much does shipping cost?

We will charge a $5-dollar flat rate for any weight less than 1 lb.

For packages over 1 lb, we will charge a flat rate is $8.

Free shipping is available on orders over the minimum of $75. Discount will automatically apply on checkout once you reach the minimum purchases.

I haven’t received my order.

If you don’t receive your package during the estimated time frame, please contact your tracking link for shipping history. If the package has been marked as delivered but has not appeared, please contact USPS or UPS directly for any inquiries.

What is your return process?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.

What happened if I received the damages and issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective or if you receive the wrong item. There is a 7-day grace period starting from the time the package is marked “DELIVERED” for a full refund or exchange to be considered.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase.
